Cancellation Policy
Scheduled group classes may be canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 12 hours of a scheduled session, the client may forfeit the session or be subject to a $10 Late Cancellation Fee. If a client does not attend a scheduled class without notice, the session is considered used.

Physical Condition of Client
The client represents, warrants, and agrees that they are in good physical condition and do not have any disability, impairment, or condition that would prevent safe participation in Pilates exercises.
• The client acknowledges that participation in Pilates classes is at their own risk.
• The client is responsible for determining their own physical ability to participate safely.
• If a medical condition arises, the client must notify the instructor before engaging in any exercises.

PureSoul Pilates Inc. reserves the right to deny participation to anyone whose health conditions pose a risk to themselves or others.

Waiver and Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and assume all inherent risks associated with participating in Pilates classes at PureSoul Pilates Inc., including but not limited to the risk of injury. I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or the nature of the activity itself.

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks and agree that PureSoul Pilates Inc., its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained before, during, or after my participation, except in cases of gross negligence, reckless conduct, or willful misconduct.

I confirm that I am signing this agreement voluntarily, with full understanding of its terms, and intend for it to be a binding acknowledgment of my assumption of risk to the fullest extent permitted by New York law.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureSoul Pilates Inc., its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, that may arise from my participation in Pilates classes.

Use of Image and Likeness
I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during my participation in classes and used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements.

By signing this waiver, I consent to the use of my image, voice, and likeness in such materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for its use. I understand that I must notify PureSoul Pilates Inc. in writing before participating in classes if I wish to opt out.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this Release and Waiver of Liability, fully understand its terms and conditions. I sign this waiver freely and voluntarily, without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee, intending it to be a complete and unconditional assumption of risk to the greatest extent allowed by New York law.
