Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by PureSoul Pilates, Inc. (“PureSoul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Use of this site is permitted solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. No refunds are issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Liability Waiver
By participating in any class, session, event, or activity offered by PureSoul, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity. You waive and release PureSoul, its instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Minor Participation
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver and must be accompanied by or have written consent from a guardian. PureSoul reserves the right to deny participation to minors if these conditions are not met.

Membership and Subscription Terms
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Auto-renewing memberships and subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at purchase. You may cancel a subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy and any applicable notice period. PureSoul reserves the right to change pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to PureSoul and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
PureSoul does not warrant that this website will operate without interruption or error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in studio activities.

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Cancellation Policy
We require timely cancellations to serve all clients effectively:
Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of class credit or full charge.

Private Sessions: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

Workshops and Events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for later cancellations.

Studio Cancellations: If PureSoul cancels a class, session, or event, affected clients will receive a credit equal to the value of the canceled service. This credit will not expire and can be applied to future classes or sessions.
